The Breakdown Coordinator assists drivers with truck and trailer maintenance and mechanical repairs over the road.
Responsibilities
- Answer breakdown calls
- Create and update the breakdown log
- Manage repairs from beginning to end

- Issue payment for repairs (PO, Comcheck or MasterCard)
- Process invoices and submit them to accounts payable

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, plus grounds maintenance. All work is done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations. Prior maintenance experience at a transportation company is preferred, and some networking experience is a plus.
